About
Hello! 🤗
I’m Naamán Huerga Pérez, and I work in the Machine Learning sector, specifically within the realm of language models (LLMs). In the evenings, I’m also a professor in the Master’s program of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics at University of León.
Educational Background 🎓
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from University of León, where I focused on Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity. During my studies, I participated in an exchange program at the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança and completed my Bachelor’s Thesis with top honors.
I also completed a Master’s in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence with top honors, where my final work focused on embedding storage optimization.
Professional Experience 💼
I’m passionate about Deep Learning and data. I started by exploring the potential of computer vision models in the robotics field, and now I’m deeply immersed in the world of large language models and their applications in various data structuring and organizing tasks.
I love using machine learning to solve problems, maxing out graphics cards by fine-tuning language models, seeking the utmost efficiency when running them with large contexts, and being part of a movement with so many new things to discover every day.
